La receta para Gazpacho, un plato tradicional español

Recipe for Gazpacho, a traditional spanish dish

For non-spanish speakers:

Ingredients:
Tomato, water, cucumber, oil, vinegar, onion (optional), garlic, (yesterday's) bread, pepper, salt, sugar and egg.

1) peel the tomatos, cucumber and peppers

2) cut in small pieces the tomato, pepper, bread, onion and cucumber, and chop the garlic up

3) for every 3 tomatoes, measure 3 spoons of water and one of oil

4) put the pieces in a mixer's jar (little by little)

5) put also the water with oil, put it in a recipient and add a trickle of vinegar and a pinch of salt and sugar

6) mix everything until it comes out good

7) repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 until desired amount

8) throw in some ice and place it in the fridge

9) enjoy cold with small dices of bread, pepper and cucumber and chopped egg (optional and your choice)
